Federal prosecutors have asked the Judge for a lighter sentencing. After cooperating to convict two members of the Nine Trey Bloods, Tekashi 69 lighter sentence could mean his release in early 2020.

According to TMZ, U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York have said Tekashi’s cooperation was “incredibly significant and extremely helpful”.

Tekashi docuseries are in motion. 50 Cent has his own in the works. Reps for 50 Cent have confirmed to XXL Magazine the news reported by TMZ concerning the docuseries. The show titled ‘A Moment In Time’ will feature about 7 episodes, each an hour long.

‘A Moment In Time’ will showcase Tekashi’s rise to stardom and his recent fall that includes his kidnapping incident, arrest, trail and “snitching”.

Not to be left out of the potential earning a Tekashi docusereies will generate, Showtime has jumped into the mix. Showtime announced in October that they will be airing a three-part docuseries about Tekashi 6ix9ine. Titled ‘SuperVillain’, the series is based on Stephen Witt’s Rolling Stone feature on Tekashi. A feature which is titled ‘The Rise and Fall of a Hip-Hop Supervillain‘.

The social media giant, Snapchat, has also made their own documentary-style series, which will kick off with Tekashi in it’s first season. Airing right on the Snapchat app, the series titled “VS The World”, will be the first Tekashi special to hit our devices.
