The full version of Kanye West phone call to Taylor Swift has leaked, and finally shows proof that someone was indeed lying!
Back in 2016 Kanye West released his seventh studio album titled “The Life Of Pablo”. The album would go to claim double platinum status, with the help of his controversial hit single “Famous”.
Along with the single was the music video which showcased Donald Trump, Bill Cosby, Amber Rose, George W. Bush, Anna Wintour, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ray J., Caitlyn Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Taylor Swift. All laying naked on a enormous bed.
The video controversial in itself, was not only the talk of 2016. Ever since the release of the song “Famous”, Taylor Swift claimed she knew nothing about the line “I made that bitch famous”. Kim and Kanye on the other hand said Taylor did in fact giver her approval.
Kim Kardashian even went as far as posting clips via her Snapchat of Kanye and Taylor’s phone conversation.
Fast forward to 2020, and a new full video shows what really happened during the infamous call.
During her Grammy acceptance speech, Taylor Swift voiced her dislike for the way her name was used in the song. “For all my Southside n***** that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b**** famous (Goddamn) / I made that b**** famous,” rapped Kanye on “Famous”.
The video provided by YouTube user Reputaytion, Kanye is heard clearly asking Taylor permission to use her name in the song. Taylor’s name would be used in the following line according to West, “I feel like Taylor Swift might owe me sex”.
Taylor responded back to Kanye West by saying, “I’m glad it’s not mean, I thought it was going to be like, ‘that stupid dumb bitch.” Kanye who claimed in the video that he had Taylor’s best interest in mind, instead altered the line with, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex”, into the song.
