Figuring out which qualities you should change and which ones you should accept is difficult for most of us. When is it ok to be ourselves? When are our behaviors and traits too toxic to keep?
Both of us struggle with those questions as we try to find the dividing line between emotional growth and self-acceptance. Some qualities may seem troubling to others, but not to ourselves; while others are troubling to us and endearing to others. So, on this episode, we try to overcome the confusion and share our own stories about our struggles with accepting ourselves while trying to become better people.
