Tekashi 69’s kidnapper Anthony ‘Harv’ Ellison has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison.
Sentencing occurred on Wednesday (November 4th) in a federal court in NYC according to TMZ. Ellison was charged on racketeering, kidnapping and assault. Along with the 24 years behind bars, Ellison will have five year supervision after his release.
Tekashi 69 a year ago took the stand where he identified Ellison as the kidnapper. 69’s “snitching” and the recorded footage of his kidnapping contributed to Ellison’s downfall. As a result of his “snitching” Tekashi 69 was awarded an early release in April of 2020.
The series of events where Tekashi 69’s kidnapper abducted the rapper, then he was taken for a ride where 69 felt his life was over, then to be pistol whipped and extorted for money. All of which can be seen in the footage and also was detailed by 6ix9ine during his interview with The Shade Room back in September of 2020.
