Professor Green Cancels UK Tour Due To Seizures

“I fractured vertebrae in my neck and subsequently had to cancel my tour”

British rapper and TV presenter Professor Green has cancelled his upcoming tour after fracturing his neck as he was packing for the tour.

The 35-year-old shocked fans by posting on social media, telling them he had three seizures ending in a fall that fractured vertebrae in his neck.

His tour, due to kick off on Tuesday, February 12th in Cardiff, would have taken Professor Green across the whole of the UK. After his Cardiff show, the tour would have visited Birmingham, Glasgow, Brighton, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.

Green, real name Stephen Manderson, took to Instagram to break the news to fans.

“I had seizure this morning which resulted in a fall while I was packing for tour,” he wrote.

“Depending on how you look at this fall I was extremely lucky. I fractured vertebrae in my neck and subsequently had to cancel my tour that was due to start today

“I’ll be back in the winter with a bigger tour,” he continued. “I’ve had two further seizures and am lucky I didn’t break my neck. Really f****** lucky.”

The rapper also gave praise to the NHS for the care and treatment he has received, thanking them and calling them heroes.
